SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Jaime Leigh Mayberry and Benjamin Wade Spane were married Aug. 5, 2000, at Chaffee General Baptist Church in Chaffee, Mo. The Rev. Joe Payne performed the double ring ceremony. Pianist was Clay Evans and vocalist was Kyle Moyers.
The bride is the daughter of Judith Mayberry of Scott City. The groom is the son of Randy Spane of Chaffee and Sue Spane of Oran, Mo.
Kari Mayberry, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Susan Miller, cousin of the bride; LeighAnna Denbow, sister of the groom; Donna Ressel and Deidre Bucy. Junior bridesmaid was Faith Myers.
Best man was Joe Hendrix. Groomsmen were Ronnie Senciboy, Jamie Gordon, Billy Eaker and Jamie Alsdorf. Junior groomsman was Adam Crowe, nephew of the groom. Ushers were Dustin Bryant, Tommy Enderle, Mark Ballard and Kyle Moyers.
Flower girl was Sierra Tilley, cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Austin Cook, cousin of the groom.
Lori Hart, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book. Program attendant was Melanie Spane, sister of the groom.
Following the ceremony, the reception, dinner and dance was held at the Elks Lodge in Chaffee. Servers were Janet, Terry and Julie Cook, Jill Versemann, Lisa Seyer, Tracy Crowe and Crystal Long.
The mothers of the couple hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 4 at the church.
Mrs. Spane is a 1994 graduate of Scott City High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in May.
The groom is a graduate of Chaffee High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in wildlife biology from Southeast University in 1997. He is an estimator/draftsman with S&W Cabinets in Chaffee.
The couple resides in Chaffee.
