St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso was the setting Oct. 2, 1999, for the wedding of Julie Lashley and William Scott Arnzen. The Rev. Oliver Clavin performed the double ring ceremony. Organist was Hope Essner of Kelso, and soloist was Amber Cox of Cape Girardeau.

Parents of the bride are Robert Lashley of Jackson and Diane Lashley of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Ralph and Patricia Arnzen of Jackson.

Shelby Kingree of Jackson was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tisha Hecht of Jackson, Kimberly Best of St. Louis, and Renee Williams of Jackson.

The groom chose Greg Kranawetter of Jackson as best man. Groomsmen were Eli Branscum of Denver, Colo., Kent Kingree of Jackson, brother-in-law of the bride; and Bryant Carter of Jackson. Ushers were Kevin Kranawetter and Jon Sander of Jackson.

Ringbearer was Blake Kingree, son of Kent and Shelby Kingree and nephew of the bride.

Belinda Arnzen, sister-in-law of the groom, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in St. Augustine School gymnasium. Servers were Kathy Lange, aunt of the groom, and Donna Biri, aunt of the bride.

The rehearsal dinner was held Oct. 1 in the gymnasium.

Mrs. Arnzen is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 1996. She is administrative manager at Midwest Energy Inc.

The groom is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School. He received an associate of applied science degree in robotic technology from Jefferson College in 1994. He is employed at RXI Plastics.

The couple resides in Jackson.
