WEDDINGS: KIRN-KRAUSS

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Melissa Jo Kirn and Tyson Shawn Krauss were married Aug. 19, 2000, at St. Ambrose Church in St. Louis. The Rev. Allen Maes performed the ceremony. Organist was Lynette Biesendorfer of St. Louis, godmother of the groom. Readers were Taylor Krauss of Brazeau, Mo., niece of the groom, and Jacob Kirn of Winchester, Mo., nephew of the bride.

Parents of the couple are Harold and Judy Kirn and Howard and Charlotte Krauss, all of Perryville.

Michelle Kirn of Winchester was her sister's maid of honor.

Best man was Jason Walker of Chesterfield, Mo., cousin of the groom.

Following the ceremony, the reception and dance was held at the Colonnade Room in Perryville.

Mrs. Krauss is a 1995 graduate of St. Vincent's High School, and 1999 graduate of Fontbonne College. She is pursuing a master of public health degree at St. Louis University.

The groom is a 1994 graduate of Perryville High School, and a 1998 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He is a cost accountant at Hussman Corp. in Bridgeton, Mo.

After a wedding trip to the Mayan Sun Coast in Mexico, the couple resides in St. Louis.
