Tracy Marie Johnes and Steven Ivan Foster exchanged vows Aug. 19, 2000, in an outdoor ceremony at Black Forest Villages in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Russell Rice of Blodgett, Mo., performed the ceremony. Soloist was Amy Griesbauer of Fenton, Mo.
Joe and Carla Johnes of Sikeston, Mo., are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Bob and Pat Foster of Commerce, Mo.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Valerie Lawless of Benton, Mo., was maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Brandi Beardsley of Doniphan, Mo., cousin of the bride.
Groomsmen were Brock Hanners of Commerce, Mo., and Jason Lawless of Benton. Junior groomsman was Logan Hodges of Boonville, Mo., cousin of the bride. Usher was Eric Lange, brother-in-law of the groom.
Flower girl was Madeline Davis of Poplar Bluff, Mo., cousin of the bride.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Black Forest.
Mrs. Foster is a 1998 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School. She is employed at Sikes Sporting Goods in Sikeston.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School. He is employed at Spartech Polycom of Scott City, Mo.
The couple is residing in Benton.
