Ellen Lea Job and Gregory A. Robinson were married June 12, 1999, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. The Rev. Louis Launhardt performed the afternoon ceremony. Organist was Diann Daume.
The former Miss Job is the daughter of Betty Job of Cape Girardeau County, and the late Paul "Pete" Job. S.A. and Charlotte Robinson of Cape Girardeau are parents of the groom.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Gary Job of Scott City.
S. Renee Robinson of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Tedford and Robyn Dannenmueller of St. Louis, and Robyn Bartosik-Fisher of Cape Girardeau.
Best man was Chris Richmond of Cape Girardeau. Groomsmen were Roy McGaugh and Jamie Birk of Cape Girardeau, and Ryan Baker of Jackson.
Candlelighters were Heather Lindsay of Cape Girardeau and Jessica Job of Jackson, nieces of the bride.
Guest book attendants were Tamara, Jon and James Schlegel of Omaha, Neb., and Adam Lindsay of Cape Girardeau, niece and nephews of the bride.
A dinner and reception followed the ceremony. Servers were Sally Schlegel of Omaha, sister of the bride; Marsha Job of Scott City, sister-in-law of the bride, and Ashley Schlegel of Omaha, niece of the bride.
Mrs. Robinson is a 1994 graduate of Central High School. She expects to receive a bachelor's degree in interior design from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2001. She is a manager at Hardee's.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Central High School. He expects to receive a bachelor's degree in interior design from Southeast in May. He is a manager at Hardee's.
After a wedding trip to Big Cedar Lodge near Branson, the couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
