THEBES, Ill. -- Stacey Marie Duffell and Kevin Ray Plott were married March 18, 2000, at First Baptist Church in Anna. Danny Jones and Greg Morrison performed the double ring ceremony. Music was by Betty Jones and Brian Jones of Jonesboro, Misty McKinney of New Madrid, Mo., and Lori Faire of Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Parents of the couple are Larry and Phyllis Duffell of Thebes, and Greg and Mary Plott of Anna.
Maid of honor was Deana Story of Thebes. Bridesmaids were Amy Plott of Anna, sister of the groom; Carissa Williams of Campbell, Mo.; and Megan Clover of Anna, cousin of the groom.
Christopher Jones of Jonesboro was best man. Groomsmen were Brian Jones; Chris Plott of Anna, cousin of the groom; and Wayne Duffell of Thebes, brother of the bride. Ushers and candlelighters were Sherman Baker of Anna, cousin of the groom, and Jason Coleman of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride.
Flower girl was Courtney Duffell, sister of the bride. Ringbearer was Shawn Jones, son of Danny and Betty Jones of Jonesboro.
Lindsey Freeze attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church hall. Servers were Gloria Merriman, Lois Burchyett and Pansy Crisel.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner March 17.
Mrs. Plott is a 1997 graduate of Egyptian High School, and attended Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at Sonic Drive-In.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Anna-Jonesboro High School, and 1999 graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He is a civil engineer with Missouri Department of Transportation.
The couple resides in Thebes.
