SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Jennifer Leigh Cox and Jason Daniel Holder were married Sept. 23, 2000, at the Assembly of God Church in Scott City. The Rev. Randy Morse performed the double ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Debbie Cox of Scott City and Bryan Cox of St. James, Mo. The groom is the son of Deloris Holder and Mr. and Mrs. Danny Holder of Scott City.

Matron of honor was Tara McKinley. Bridesmaids were Whitney Baer; Michele Marcee, cousin of the bride; and Sarah Crites, cousin of the groom.

Best man was Keith Teddar. Groomsmen were Justin Cox, brother of the bride; Bryan McKinley and Gabe Tilton. Ushers were Travis McFall and Chris Nichols.

Flower girl was Elaina Irvin. Ringbearer was Ben Uelsmann, cousin of the bride.

Candlelighters were Jayce Cox, sister of the bride, and Courtney Holder, sister of the groom.

Jessica Schaefer attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception and dance was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

Mrs. Holder is a 1998 graduate of Scott City High School, and a graduate of Missouri Baptist Medical Center School of Nursing in St. Louis. She is employed at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

The groom is a 1996 graduate of Scott City High School. He is employed at Havco Wood Products.

The couple resides in Scott City.
