SIKESTON, Mo. -- Tabitha Ann Bruch and Brian Lynn Thompson were married Sept. 2, 2000, at Concordia Lutheran Church. The Rev. A.J. Wollenburg performed the double ring ceremony. Music was provided by Diane Wicker of Benton, Mo., and soloist was Chuck Swift of Alton, Mo.

Parents of the couple are David and Phyllis Bruch of Sikeston, and Brad and Cara Thompson of Kelso, Mo.

Sabrina Bruch of Sikeston was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Carly Vaught of Yucca Valley, Calif., cousin of the bride; Amy Swiney of Sikeston, Heather Scott of Benton, and Melanie Hall of Sikeston.

Best man was Shawn Koch of Benton. Groomsmen were Eric Seiler of Benton, Jacob Goodin of Cape Girardeau, Derek Emerine of Benton, and Justin Bruch of Sikeston, brother of the bride. Ushers were Terry Burford of Benton; Nate Swift of Alton and Nick Sladels of St. Louis, both cousins of the bride; and Ryan Koch of Kelso.

Candlelighters were Keely Swift and Brooke Bayuk. Keely is the daughter of Chuck and Tracy Swift and cousin of the bride.

Flower girl was Bree Ann Dale, daughter of Brian and Shannon Dale of St. Louis and cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Kurtie Laramie, son of Kurt and Connie Laramie of St. Louis and cousin of the bride.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Deerfield Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

The bride and groom's families hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 1 at Pizza Inn.

Mrs. Thompson is a graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School at Benton. She is employed at Famous-Barr in Cape Girardeau.

The groom is a graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School and Missouri Valley College. He is employed by Columbia Construction in Cape Girardeau.

The couple resides in Jackson, Mo.
