JACKSON -- Magdalene Marie Beussink and Timothy Robert Garner were married June 19, 1999, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Ronald J. Hoye performed the double ring ceremony. Vocalists were Adam Cox and Jessica Hency of Cape Girardeau, and accompanist was Geri Beussink of Jackson, aunt of the bride.
Servers were Cory Beussink of Jackson, cousin of the bride, and Travis Bruenderman of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom.
Parents of the couple are Stephen and Deborah Beussink of Jackson, and Robert and Linda Garner of Cape Girardeau.
Maid of honor was Libby Beussink of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Loreal Garner, sister of the groom; Heather Blattel, Jennifer Heuring, Lori Maurer, all of Cape Girardeau; Lisa Beussink of Jackson, aunt of the bride; and Amy Jansen of Kelso.
Brent Garner of Cape Girardeau was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Zac Beussink of Jackson, brother of the bride; Jason Garner, brother of the groom; Keith Heuring, Matt Strohmeyer, all of Cape Girardeau; Tom Jansen of Kelso; and Greg Rubel of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Thad VanLeeuwen and Greg Drake of Overland Park, Kan.; Nathan Seyer of Cape Girardeau and David Bruenderman of Cape Girardeau, both cousins of the groom.
Flower girl and ringbearer were Brianna Ziegler and Alex Beussink of Jackson, cousins of the bride. Brianna is the daughter of Kevin and Sheila Ziegler. Alex is the son of John and Lisa Beussink.
Pages were Brooke and Shelby Beussink of Jackson, cousins of the bride. Their parents are Mark and Geri Beussink and John and Lisa Beussink, respectively.
Candlelighters were Nicole Haller of Lenexa, Kan., and Thad VanLeeuwen.
Program attendants were Lisa Niederkorn of Cape Girardeau, Mary Beth Niederkorn, Rachael and Katie Beussink of Jackson, cousins of the bride; and Myra Seyer of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 18 in the church fellowship hall.
Mrs. Garner received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Rockhurst College in Kansas City in 1997. She expects to receive a master's degree in community counseling from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2000.
The groom received a bachelor of arts degree in biology from Rockhurst College in 1997.
The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
