Megan Anne Wagner and Brett DeWayne Richardson exchanged vows Aug. 16, 2003, at Arlington United Methodist Church in Bridgeton, Mo. The Rev. Keith W. Morgan performed the ceremony. Organist was Karen House and soloist was Sam Horne, both of Bridgeton.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Wagner of Maryland Heights, Mo. The groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Richardson of Elkhart, Ind.

Maid of honor was Kellen Wagner of Maryland Heights, sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Stacy Luebbert of St. Charles, Mo.

Benjamin Early of Evansville, Ind., served the groom as best man. Groomsman was Archie Stambush of Creve Coeur, Mo. Ushers were Jeffrey Box of Kittery, Maine, and Steven Jones of Terre Haute, Ind., brother-in-law of the groom.

Candlelighters were Kurt and Abby Norris of Springfield, Mo.

Stacey Jones of Terre Haute, sister of the groom, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Maryland Heights Center.

The groom's grandfather, Bernard Richardson of Coldwater, Mich., hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 15 at Ozzie's Restaurant.

Mrs. Richardson received a bachelor's degree in mass communication from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2002. She is a publication designer at the Southeast Missourian newspaper.

The groom received a master's degree in public administration from Southeast University in May 2002. He is employed by Department of Homeland Security.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
