Uelsmann-Yount

Ruthie Darlene Uelsmann and Blake Lyn Yount exchanged vows May 19, 2007, at the Glenn House in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Stella Turner performed the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Lynn and Linda Tipton and Lynn and Linda Yount, all of Jackson.

The bride was presented in marriage by her son, Landon Uelsmann.

Maid of honor was Penny Dugger of Sikeston, Mo.

The groom chose his father as best man.

The reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Josh Stephens, brother-in-law and sister of the groom.

Mrs. Yount is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a teacher with Farmington School District in Farmington, Mo.

The groom is a graduate of Wyoming Technical Institute in Laramie. He is a claims adjuster with American Family Insurance.

The couple resides in Desloge, Mo.
