ORAN, Mo. -- Rebecca Suzanne Sindle and Darin Earl Woods were married Oct. 13, 2001, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. The Rev. John Harth performed the double ring ceremony. Organist and pianist was Carolyn Shoemaker of Allenville, Mo. Music was also provided by Trio Girardeaux of Cape Girardeau.
Parents of the bride are James and Suzanne Sindle of Oran. The groom is the son of Sharon and Gordon Hodge of Oran and Earl "Junior" and Bonnie Woods of Morley, Mo.
Maid of honor was Hannah Sindle and matrons of honor were Sarah Kinney and Theresa Shoemaker, all of Oran and sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Amy French of Dexter, Mo., cousin of the bride; Donna Senciboy and Leslie Kluesner of Oran.
Jason Proffer of Cape Girardeau served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were James "Joe" Shoemaker of Oran, brother-in-law of the bride; Dennis Crader of Chaffee, Mo., Jason Cook of Grassy, Mo., Chris Lutes of Glen Allen, Mo., and Steve Lucas of Jackson, Mo. Ushers were David Woods of Oran and Josh Woods of Morley, brothers of the groom; James "Cash" Kinney, brother-in-law of the bride, and Andy Gadberry, both of Oran.
Flower girl was Ashley Woods, daughter of David and Christina Woods and niece of the groom. Ringbearer was Wyatt Kinney, son of James and Sarah Kinney and nephew of the bride.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City, Mo.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 12 at Oran Pentecostal Church.
Mrs. Woods is a 1999 graduate of Sikeston Nursing School. She is employed by Staff Builders in Sikeston, Mo.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Oran High School. He is employed at Lee Rowan/Rubbermaid in Jackson.
The couple resides in Oran.
