Lena Renee Simminger and Bradley James Clark were married Dec. 1, 2007, at First Baptist Church in Jackson. Ron Shrum and Carter Frey performed the ceremony. Jordan Cox of Jackson was pianist and soloist.
The bride is the daughter of Doug and Tammy Simminger of Gordonville. The groom is the son of Greg and Vonda Clark of Jackson.
Matron of honor was Amy Coffey of Gordonville. Bridesmaids were Leslie Walther and Bly Schmitt of Jackson. Junior bridesmaids were Samantha Roberts of Jackson, Lauren Simminger of Gordonville, sisters of the bride; and Anna Simminger of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride.
Brad Gaines of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Quentin Kelley and Zack Lewis of Cape Girardeau. Junior groomsmen were Brock Austin of Jackson, Nick and Nathan Brown of Gordonville. Ushers were Cody Stovall of Cape Girardeau and Jeremy Moss of Anna, Ill.
Flower girls were Logan Clark of Jackson, sister of the groom, and Dakota Simminger, daughter of the bride. Ringbearers were Jonathan and Michael Roberts, sons of Scott and Jill Roberts of St. Louis and cousins of the groom.
Whitney Bradshaw of Gordonville attended the guest book.
A reception was held at he church. Servers were Joyce Penland and Pat Schwab of Jackson.
The groom's family hosted the rehearsal dinner Nov. 30 at the church.
Mrs. Clark is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Saint Francis Medical Center.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed by Boulder Construction, and is a member of the Army National Guard in Jackson.
The couple resides in Jackson.
