Laura Elizabeth Sides and George W. "Jake" Reinbold IV were married May 29, 2004, at Grace United Methodist Church. The Rev. Susan Marner-Sides, aunt of the bride, and the Rev. Steve Breon performed the ceremony. Instrumental music was by Trio Girardeaux. Vocalists were Beth Hunter and Blake Glover of Columbia, Mo., accompanied by Tim DePriest of Jackson.
The bride is the daughter of Diane O. Sides of Cape Girardeau and Dr. Gary W. Sides of Festus, Mo. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Reinbold III of Columbia.
Maid of honor was Jessica Reinbold of Columbia, sister of the groom. Matron of honor was Dana Garner of Advance, Mo. Bridesmaids were Angela Taylor of Kansas City, Heather O'Keeffe of St. Louis, Candice Patton of Houston, Texas, and Tracy Howren of Naples, Fla. Junior bridesmaid was Olivia Langley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Langley of Springfield, Mo., and cousin of the bride.
Ryan Sides of Cape Girardeau, brother of the bride, was best man. Groomsmen were Brad Borello of St. Louis, Steve Jaccaud of Denver, Colo., David Ramsour of Chicago, Keith Creech and Blake Blakeslee of St. Louis. Junior groomsman was Austin Sides of Festus, brother of the bride. Ushers were Jason Hagenbaumer of Denver, Brad Hutchinson and David Eisenbath of St. Louis, Jordan Williams of Hoboken, N.J., and Erik Green of Cedar Hill, Mo., cousin of the bride.
Candlelighter and guest book attendant was Erica Kight of Jackson, cousin of the bride.
Flower girl was Caroline Langley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Langley and cousin of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the University Center Ballroom.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner May 28 at River City Yacht Club of Port Cape Girardeau.
Mrs. Reinbold is an attorney with the Missouri Attorney General's Office in Springfield.
The groom is an associate with the law firm of Turner, Reid, Duncan, Loomer, and Patton in Springfield.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple is residing in Springfield.
