Lynwood Baptist Church was the setting Aug. 10, 2002, for the wedding of Laura Renae Sheets and Randall Lee Graham. Mike Parry and Philip Davidson performed the ceremony. Pianist was Shane Steck of Cape Girardeau, and soloists were Dan and Stephanie Odle of Louisville, Ky.
Parents of the couple are Bob and Nita Sheets of Cape Girardeau and Terry and Jean Graham of Fredericktown, Mo.
Maid of honor was Jenny Oermann of St. Clair, Mo., and matron of honor was Jessica Bonura of Bakersfield, Calif. Bridesmaids were Sarah Adams of Colorado Springs, Colo., Betsy Yunck of Redmond, Ore., Leah Wessel of Springfield, Mo., Mendy Bechtold of Jefferson City, Mo.; Jessica Sheets of Atlanta, Ga., sister-in-law of the bride; and Delores Graham of Central Asia, sister-in-law of the groom.
Roger Graham of Central Asia, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Shaun Hair of West Memphis, Ark., Paul Foland of Florissant, Mo., Brad Russell and Todd Wesbecher of Marble Hill, Mo., Danny Balch of Cape Girardeau; Dave Sheets of Atlanta, brother of the bride; and Tyrone Green of Nassau, Bahamas. Ushers were Jon Lowrance and Brandon Dodd.
Flower girl and ringbearer were Rachel and David Graham, niece and nephew of the groom. They are the children of Roger and Delores Graham.
Guest book attendants were Julie Foland, Angie Sanders and Mandee Stricker.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the church. Servers were Janie Beaird, Debbie Childers, Joey Crosnoe, Dawn Davidson, Linda Ewbank, Susie Hildebrand, Carole McKinney and Connie Reed.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 9 at the church.
Mrs. Graham is a graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University.
The groom is a graduate of Fredericktown High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University and a master of divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a team supervisor with American Red Cross Blood Services.
The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
