CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Ashley Nicole Seyer and Cody Alan Williams were married Oct. 25, 2014, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg, Missouri. The Rev. Michael Casteel performed the ceremony. Organist was Cheryl Kern of New Hamburg, and vocalist was Kari Bickings of Oran, Missouri.
The bride is the daughter of Marvin and Karen Seyer of Chaffee. The groom is the son of Todd Williams of Miller City, Illinois, and Jill Ortiz of Chaffee.
Matron of honor was Kerri Schaefer of Benton, Missouri, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katelyn Seyer of Scott City, niece of the bride; Kaitlin Glastetter and Haley Glastetter of Scott City; Rachel Reischman of Chaffee; Opal Ortiz of Sikeston, Missouri, sister of the groom; and Jennifer McBenge of Sikeston.
Dillon Williams of Cape Girardeau, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Roger Seyer of Scott City, brother of the bride; Russell Gardner of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; Daniel Dooley of Chaffee, cousin of the groom; Walker Rice of St. Louis; Eric Seyer of Chaffee, brother of the bride; and Dylan Pobst of Chaffee. Ushers were Andrew Dooley of Marble Hill, Missouri, and Trenton Brown of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, cousins of the groom; and Billy Tenhulzen of Delta.
Candlelighters were Shelby Seyer of Scott City and Karlee Seyer of Chaffee, nieces of the bride.
Flower girl was Kaycee Seyer, daughter of Eric and Kara Seyer and niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Ryken Seyer, son of Roger and Rebecca Seyer and nephew of the bride.
The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at St. Lawrence Parish Center.
Ashley is a 2011 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School. She received a certification in billing and coding from Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. She is a certified professional coder at Southeast Hospital.
Cody is a 2010 graduate of Chaffee High School. He received an associate degree in construction from Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. He is employed by MFA Oil Co. as manager of Break Time Convenience Store in Sikeston.
After a wedding trip to Los Angeles, California, the couple is residing in Chaffee.
