Scheeter - Hanback

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Chelsey Nicole Scheeter and Christopher Lee Hanback exchanged vows Feb. 13, 2010, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, Mo. The Rev. Randy Tochtrop performed the ceremony. Reader was John Scheeter, uncle of the bride. Organist was Betty Vandeven and vocalists were Renee and Holly Reinagel.

Parents of the couple are Dennis and Stephanie Scheeter and Larry and Pamela Hanback, all of Chaffee.

Matron of honor was Stacey Starnes of Oran, aunt of the bride, and maid of honor was Caitlin Scheeter of Chaffee, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Courtney Scheeter, sister of the bride; Jodi Hodge of Chaffee; Shannon Hanback of Chaffee, sister-in-law of the groom; and Sarah LeGrand of St. Peters, Mo., cousin of the bride.

Travis Hanback of Chaffee, brother of the groom, and Dave Randolph of Cape Girardeau were best men. Groomsmen were Adam Urhahn; Dylan McAlister, cousin of the groom, both of Chaffee; Chase Kelley of Marion, Ill.; and Cory Slinkard of Chaffee. Ushers were Adam Crowe, Collin Dame, David Rhoda, all of Chaffee, and Tyler Bruce of Cape Girardeau.

Miniature bride was Larissa Hanback of Chaffee, niece of the groom. Miniature groom was Leyton Hanback, son of the bride and groom.

Junior bridesmaid was Tori Hanback of Chaffee, sister of the groom. Junior groomsman was Alex Schlitt of Oran, cousin of the bride.

Candlelighters were Tiffany Wood and Allison Cummins of Oran, cousins of the bride.

Flower girls were Alexis Hanback of Chaffee, niece of the groom, and Brittany Wood of Oran, cousin of the bride. Ringbearers were Cameron and Colton LeGrand of St. Peters, cousins of the bride.

Greeters were Tina LeGrand of St. Peters and Sherri Wood of Oran, aunts of the bride, and Lauren Whistler of Chaffee. Whitney Ostendorf of Cape Girardeau and Lacey Pobst of Chaffee attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Oran.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Feb. 12 at Port Cape in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Hanback is a 2005 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School in Cape Girardeau. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2009. She is a teacher with Chaffee School District.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Chaffee High School. He is a control room operator at Delta Asphalt in Cape Girardeau.

The couple is residing in Oran.
