Kathryn Renfrow and Mason Bell were married July 26, 2014, at the Shrine of St. Joseph in St. Louis. The Rev. Michael May performed the ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Lynn and Jim Hillin and Rick Renfrow of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Steve and Kim Bell of Higginsville, Missouri.

Matron of honor was Lindsey Williams of Ogden, Utah. Bridesmaids were Renee Trenshaw of Overland Park, Kansas, Christina O'Neil of Macomb, Illinois, and Chris Lutton of Kansas City, Missouri.

Jeff Smith of Springville, Arkansas, was best man. Groomsmen were Josh Green of Higginsville, cousin of the groom; Chris Williams of Ogden; and Jennifer Bedwell of Oklahoma. Ushers were Zack Eagle; Corey Wagner, brother-in-law of the groom; Spencer Thompson; and Neal Martin.

Flower girls were Maggie and Lauren Hillin of Cape Girardeau, nieces of the bride. Ringbearer was Matthew Herrington of Leawood, Kansas, cousin of the groom.

The reception was held at Missouri History Museum.

The rehearsal dinner was held July 25 on a cruise aboard the Mississippi Riverboat.

Kathryn received a doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Missouri. She is an associate veterinarian at Lionsgate Pet Hospital in Overland Park.

Mason received a doctor of veterinary medicine from the university. He is an associate veterinarian at Koch-Stigge Veterinary Clinic in Harrisonville, Missouri.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple is residing in Raymore, Missouri.
