Andrea Leigh Proctor and Tarlton Brewer were married Nov. 25, 2004, at Robert E. Lee Park in Charlottesville, Va. The Rev. Jay Sanderford performed the ceremony. Paul Asplin of Arlington, Va., was harpist.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Proctor of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Richard Brewer of Charlottesville.

Maid of honor was Amy Proctor of Charlottesville.

George Brewer of Shelter Island, N.Y., was best man.

The reception was held at the home of Amy Proctor.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at their home.

Mrs. Proctor received a bachelor of arts degree from Virginia Tech. She is district manager at Cook Endovascular.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree from Virginia Tech, and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Virginia. He is an analyst with the currency technology office of the 5th District Federal Reserve Bank.

After a wedding trip to Hot Springs, Va., the couple is residing in Richmond, Va.
