Julie Marie Probst and Wynn Goodin Fredenburg were married Dec. 18, 2004, at Cape Bible Chapel. Chris Riser performed the ceremony. Pianist was Jonath Young of Jackson, soloist was Brad Berry of Cape Girardeau; and vocalists were Ralph and Judy Sharp, Beth Brown, Marlene Rothenberger and Debbie Mann.
Parents of the couple are Dave and Maggie Probst of Cape Girardeau, and Bill and Myrt Fredenburg of Jackson.
Maid of honor was Sheryl Cobb of Jackson, and matron of honor was Jen Olesen of Decatur, Ill. Bridesmaids were Erin Brown of Scott City, cousin of the groom; Suzanne Fredenburg of Jackson, sister of the groom; and Krystin Taylor of Fort Myers, Fla.
Matt Buttry of Jackson was best man. Groomsmen were James Fredenburg of Colorado, brother of the groom; Mike Probst of Cape Girardeau, brother of the bride; Roger Brown of Scott City, cousin of the groom; Jonathan Coleman of Jackson; and Ben Scarborough of Hurst, Texas. Ushers were Christian Brown of Commerce, Mo., cousin of the groom, and Andy Young of Jackson.
Candlelighters were Bethany Lynn of St. Louis and Roxann Weix of Wisconsin.
Bellringers were Nichole Mobley and Joshua Barber. Nichole is the daughter of Carolyn Ervin-Mobley of Cape Girardeau. Joshua is the son of Jason and Michelle Barber of Jackson.
Brandy Zapata and Sarah Owen attended the guest book.
The reception was held at the University Center Ballroom. Servers were Beth Brown and Debbie Mann.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Dec. 17 at Dexter Bar-B-Que.
Mrs. Fredenburg expects to graduate from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2006, where she is in the graduate program in the Department of Communication Disorders. She is studying to be a speech/language pathologist.
The groom received a degree in architectural drafting from West Kentucky Technical College in December 2004. He is employed at True 32 Custom Cabinetry in Gordonville.
The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
