SIKESTON, Mo. -- Linda Pattengill and Danny Dale Lefler were married June 25, 2005, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Jerry Adams performed the ceremony. Pianist was Jeanette Hartlein. Vocalists were Danielle Lefler, daughter of the groom, and Donielle Howell, niece of the bride.

Mary Simms of Scott City and the late Virble Simms are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Dottye Lefler of Morley, Mo., and the late George Lefler.

The bride was escorted by her sons, Justin and Brandin Pattengill.

Maid of honor was Kathy Layton.

Jimmy Lefler served his father as best man.

Candlelighter was Sara Hicks, daughter of the groom. A poem was read by Carly Howell, niece of the bride.

A family dinner was held June 24 at the couple's home.

The couple is residing in Sikeston.
