CAIRO, Ill. -- Dana Delores Osborne and Lawrence Edward Fleming were married Oct. 10, 2004, at the World's Fair Pavilion at Forest Park in St. Louis. Dr. Brian Anderson performed the ceremony. Music was by the Chesterfield Quartet of Chesterfield, Mo.

The bride is the daughter of Debbie Osborne-Richardson and Scott Richardson of St. Louis. The groom is the son of Lillie Mae Fleming of Cairo, and the late Willis Fleming.

Matron of honor was Jennifer Voss of Cuba, Mo., cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jamie White and Stephanie Mitchell of Bonne Terre, Mo., Ginger Brennan of Cuba, cousins of the bride; Vanda Wilder of St. Louis, aunt of the bride; and Michelle Brennan of Cuba, cousin of the bride.

Rick Price of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Charles Doerge of Patton, Mo., Ron Webb of Dexter, Mo., Paul Clarke of Cape Girardeau, Daniel Osborne of Festus, Mo., brother of the bride, and Paul Boyd of Scott City. Ushers were Dan Simmons of Nixa, Mo., and John Hart of Columbia, Mo.

Flower girls were Tayler and Makenzie Brennan, daughters of Pat and Ginger Brennan and cousins of the bride. Ringbearer was Cody Cochran of Wickliffe, Ky., nephew of the groom.

The reception was held at the pavilion.

The rehearsal dinner was held at the Old Spaghetti Factory in St. Louis.

Mrs. Fleming attended St. Louis University and is a 2003 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University Law Enforcement Academy. She is an adjunct defensive tactics instructor at the academy, and is loss prevention supervisor at Kohl's.

The groom is a graduate of Cairo High School and Southern Illinois University Law Enforcement Academy. He is a training specialist/DT instructor at Southeast's Law Enforcement Academy, and is a reserve officer with Cape Girardeau Police Department.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
