Andrea Marie Niswonger and Matthew Dean Welker exchanged vows July 1, 2006, at Trinity Lutheran Church. Daniel Hackney performed the ceremony. Organist was Dottie Meyr.
The bride is the daughter of Martin and Nancy Niswonger of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Welker and Connie Welker of Cape Girardeau.
Matron of honor was Amber Horrell of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Bowling of Bell City, Mo., Sarah Gaines of Oran, Mo., and Crystal Morton of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride.
Sean Harrison of San Antonio, Texas, was best man. Groomsmen were Clint Stroder of Chaffee, Matt Kinder of Whitewater, and Craig Eftink of Chaffee. Ushers were Tim Horrell, brother-in-law of the bride, and James Medley, both of Cape Girardeau.
Candlelighter was Crystal Morton.
Flower girl was Taylor Welker of Cape Girardeau, daughter of Tonya Welker and Darrell Foeste, and niece of the groom.
Teresa and Tonya Welker, sisters of the groom, attended the guest book.
The reception was held at Heartland Banquet Hall. Servers were Teresa and Tonya Welker and Karen Neal.
Mr. and Mrs. Welker hosted the rehearsal dinner June 30 at Bella Italia.
Mrs. Welker is a 2004 graduate of Central High School. She is employed at Cracker Barrel.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Central High School. He is leaving Aug. 22 to serve with the U.S. Air Force.
