Myers - Stone

Elizabeth Meghan "Lizzy" Myers and Kenneth Darrin Stone exchanged wedding vows June 14, 2008, at Morley Church of God in Morley, Mo. Mike Worrell performed the ceremony. Pianist was Debbie Wright of Sikeston, Mo.

The bride is the daughter of Eugene and Frances Myers of Jackson. The groom is the son of Carolyn McBride of Morley, and the late Kenneth Stone.

Maid of honor was Mandy Burlbaugh of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Mandi Medlin of Jackson, Amanda Watkins of Sikeston, Candice Childers of Morley, Crystal Honey of Cape Girardeau, and Bethany Friese of Jackson.

Jared Stone of Benton, Mo., was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Lee Wilkerson of Charlotte, N.C., Justin Snyder of Nashville, Tenn., Andy Childers and Nick Ulmer of Morley, and Donnie Mayfield of Sikeston. Ushers were Jimmy Myers of Jackson, brother of the bride, and Blake Leadbetter of Millersville.

Candlelighters were Jessica Leadbetter of Millersville, and Amanda LaFerney of Campbell, Mo., cousin of the groom.

Flower girls were Erin Pinnell and Elizabeth Stone, nieces of the groom. Erin is the daughter of Tim and Christy Pinnell of Sikeston. Elizabeth is the daughter of Jared Stone.

Judy Pulley of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book.

Program attendants were Emily Pinnell and Cassidy Stone, nieces of the groom. Emily is the daughter of Tim and Christy Pinnell. Cassidy is the daughter of Jared Stone.

The reception was held at the VFW Hall in Morley. Servers were Marilyn Schwab, Linda Roth, Theresa Ruppel, Jessie Raines, Sharon Kirchoff, Laura Goodman, Angel Heisserer and Lisa Pfeiffer.

The groom's family hosted the rehearsal dinner June 13 at the church.

Mrs. Stone is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a registered nurse at Saint Francis Medical Center.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Scott County Central High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in sports medicine from Union University in Jackson, Tenn., in 2003, and a master's degree in nutrition and exercise science from Southeast in 2006. He is fitness director at the YMCA of Southeast Missouri in Sikeston.

After a wedding trip to Disney World, the couple is residing in Scott City.
