CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Amanda Nicole Mott and Michael Paul Proctor were married Sept. 30, 2006, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee. The Revs. Ralph Duffner, Normand Varone and James Seyer performed the ceremony. Organist was Betty Vandeven of Chaffee, aunt and godmother of the bride. Vocalists were Kari Bickings of Oran, Mo., and Jim Simmons of Benton, Mo.
Parents of the couple are Larry and Marilyn Mott of Chaffee, and Roy and Elaine Proctor Jr. of Benton.
Maid of honor was Kristin Thompson of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Marsha Macke of Jackson, sister of the groom; Renee Burnett and Jennifer Vandeven, cousins of the bride; Ashlie Smith, Courtnie Sadler and Ashley Miller, all of Chaffee. Honorary bridesmaid was Tisha Clubbs of Scott City, cousin of the bride.
Jaime Proctor of Benton was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Sterling Proctor of Benton, brother and godfather of the groom; Jason Mott of Franklin, Tenn., brother of the bride; Kyle Kern of New Hamburg, Mo., Brooks Heuring of Clarksville, Ky., Travis Braun of Benton, and Michael Roslen of Blodgett, Mo. Ushers were Jamey Heisserer of Scott City, cousin of the bride; Jordan Proctor of Benton, cousin of the groom; Barry Ziegler of Oran, and Chris Weber of Benton.
Miniature bride was Allie Burnett, daughter of Tommy and Renee Burnett and cousin of the bride. Miniature groom was Ethan Thomason, son of the bride.
Candlelighters were Jessica Wiggins and Nicole Kern, cousin of the groom, both of St. Louis.
Program attendants were Billy and Dawson Macke of Jackson, brother-in-law and nephew of the groom.
Mass servers were Matthew Proctor and Autumn Vandeven. Matthew is the son of Sterling and Susie Proctor and nephew of the groom. Autumn is the daughter of Rick and Darlene Vandeven of Chaffee and cousin of the groom.
Giftbearers were Alvin and Betty Vandeven, uncle and aunt and godparents of the bride; Sterling Proctor; and Lucy Luster of Crossville, Tenn., aunt and godmother of the groom.
The reception and dance was held at the VFW Hall in Chaffee. Servers were Susie Proctor, sister-in-law of the groom, and Mary Horrell of Chaffee.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 29 at St. Ambrose Activity Center.
Mrs. Proctor is a 2001 graduate of Chaffee High School. She received an associate of arts degree from Metro Business College in 2005. She is a patient account representative in the business office at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Kelly High School in Benton. He is a pre-loader and air driver at United Parcel Service in Cape Girardeau.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Chaffee.
