Emily Ann Morris and Eric Grant Grabel were united in marriage Oct. 25, 2008, in an outdoor setting at the Grabel home. The Rev. Michael Malone performed the ceremony. Reader was Rhonda Bolton of Cape Girardeau. Music was provided by Trio Girardeaux.

Parents of the couple are Randol and Marlene Morris, and Fred and Kathy Grabel, all of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Jennifer Morris of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Stacy Vogel of Louisville, Ky.; Natalie Trankler of Jackson; Kristine Grabel of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom; Amanda Morris of Jackson, sister of the bride; and Kristen Jeans of O'Fallon, Mo., sister of the groom.

David Neu of St. Louis was best man. Groomsmen were Michael Mercer of Nashville, Tenn.; Nick Ervin of Jackson; Wesley Grabel of Cape Girardeau, brother of the groom; Randy Morris of Jackson, brother of the bride; and Matt Jeans of O'Fallon, brother of the groom. Ushers were Bryan Ross of Columbia, Mo., and Zach Daughtrey of Jackson.

Flower girls were Megan and Genevieve Lipe, daughters of Ben and Theresa Lipe of Perryville, Mo. Ringbearer was Kannon Leible, son of Josh and Lorelei Leible of Perryville.

Guest book attendant was Taylor Perkins, daughter of Tony and Belinda Perkins of Jackson and cousin of the bride. Program attendant was Cayleigh Bolton, daughter of Bill and Rhonda Bolton.

The reception was held at Deerfield Lodge. Servers were Nancy Morris of Cape Girardeau and Belinda Perkins, aunts of the bride.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 24 at Bella Italia.

Mrs. Grabel expects to receive an associate degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences in May. She is employed at the hospital.

The groom expects to receive an associate degree in nursing from Southeast Hospital's College of Nursing in October. He is employed at the hospital.

A trip to Hawaii is planned later.

The couple is residing in Jackson.
