Moore-Petzoldt

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Abigail Katherine Moore and Thomas Wade Petzoldt were married Sept. 28, 2002, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna, Mo. The Revs. Robert Schneider and Wayne Palmer performed the ceremony. Pianist was Tyson Zahner of Cape Girardeau, violinists were Karl and Michelle Suhr of Farrar, Mo., and soloists were Erin Darter and Adrian True of Cape Girardeau, and Zahner.

Kim and June Moore of Perryville are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Stan and Pat Petzoldt of Frohna.

Maid of honor was Hannah Moore of Perryville, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Natalie Sprink of Altenburg, Mo., sister of the groom; Brooke Smith of Valparaiso, Ind., cousin of the bride; and Lisa Walker of St. Louis.

Jared Kutz of St. Joseph, Mo., was best man. Groomsmen were Nathan Moore of Perryville, brother of the bride; Troy Petzoldt of Frohna and Jonathan Koenig of Perryville, cousins of the groom. Ushers were Chad Gerler of O'Fallon, Mo., and Benjamin Hunt of Altenburg.

Candlelighters were Erin Christensen of Salinas, Calif., Amy Trapp of St. Louis, and Amy Froemsdorf of Jefferson City, Mo.

Flower girls were Allie Sprink of Altenburg, niece of the groom, and Rachel Mudd of Perryville, cousin of the bride.

Hannah Mudd, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, a reception, dinner and dance was held at the American Legion Hall in Perryville. Greeters were Chris and Maria Mudd, Nathan and Becky Hunt, and Jamey and Jennifer Hotop.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 27 at Tric's Restaurant in Frohna.

Mrs. Petzoldt is a 1995 graduate of Perryville High school. She received a bachelor's degree in visual communications from Truman State University in 1999. She is a freelance graphic designer.

The groom is a 1994 graduate of Perryville High School. He received a bachelor's degree in forestry from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998, and received a lumber grading certificate from Haywood Community College in Clyde, N.C., in 1998. He is a procurement forester at East Perry Lumber Co.

The couple is residing in Frohna.
