Miller-Diebold

Ashley Ann Miller and Matthew Theodore Diebold were married Oct. 1, 2005, at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson. The Rev. J. Friedel performed the ceremony. Pianist was Kendra Anderson of Jackson.

The bride is the daughter of Brian and Lisa Burger of Jackson, and the late Douglas Miller of Scott City. The groom is the son of Gary and Diana Diebold of Jackson.

Matron of honor was Sarah Sander of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Andrea Riddle of Dexter, Mo., Laura Abbott of Benton, Mo., Natalie Leible of Kelso, Mo., cousin of the bride; Joy Frey of Kelso, aunt of the bride; and Julie Myers of Oak Ridge.

David Diebold of New York City was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Todd Diebold, brother of the groom; Matthew Lomedico; Bryan Sander; Derek Miller, brother of the bride; and Raju Dirnberger, all of Jackson. Ushers were Tyler Stearns of Jackson and Garrett Mills of Scott City, cousin of the bride.

Flower girl was Sydney Sander, daughter of Bryan and Sarah Sander of Jackson and godchild of the bride and groom.

Abigail Charlier, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson. Servers were Tori Charlier and Paula Niswonger, aunts of the bride.

The rehearsal dinner was held Sept. 30 at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Diebold received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in May 2005. She is a first grade teacher at Woodland School District in Marble Hill, Mo.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast in December 2004. He is an accountant with Big River Telephone in Cape Girardeau.

The couple resides in Jackson.
