Leeann Beth Milde and Marco Matheus Jozef Elisabeth Otten were married Nov. 17, 2001, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson. Msgr. Edward Eftink performed the ceremony. Organist was Nicole Poythress of Jackson, and vocalist was Nicole Arnzen of Cape Girardeau. Reader was Alan Ziegler of San Jose, Calif.
Parents of the bride are Frank Milde and Janet Milde of Jackson. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubertus Jozef Otten of Eijsden, The Netherlands.
Mary Beth Dixon of St. Louis was maid of honor.
Jordi Otten of Eijsden served his brother as best man. Ushers were Blane Milde of Jackson and Craig Milde of Phoenix, Ariz., brothers of the bride.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at Chan's in Cape Girardeau.
Mrs. Milde-Otten is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, and received a bachelor of arts degree from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a graphic designer with Concord Printing Services in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a graduate of Jeanne d'Arc in Maastricht, The Netherlands. He attended Southeast University and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Limburg Business School in Sittard, The Netherlands. He is program director at Cultural Exchange Network in Jackson.
The couple resides in Jackson.
