Kari Marie Miinch and Tatum James Kitchen were married Dec. 30, 2006, at First Baptist Church in Jackson. The Rev. Zach Strong performed the ceremony. Organist and pianist was Laura Robinson, and vocalist was Robyn Hosp.

Parents of the couple are Dwane and Diane Miinch of Millersville, and Terry and Barbara Kitchen of Cape Girardeau.

Maids of honor were Kami and Kati Miinch of Millersville, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nicole McMillan of Columbia, Mo., Sarah Lichtenegger of Cape Girardeau, and Christy Leimer of Jackson.

Kory Kitchen of Cape Girardeau was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Ross Bennett of Kansas City, Adam Bertrand of St. Louis, Brian Beard of Ironton, Mo., and Greg Craft of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Michael Schuette of Rolla, Mo., Steve Miinch of Columbia, Jason Bollinger of Bonne Terre, Mo., all cousins of the bride; and Jeff Narsh of Houston, Texas, cousin of the groom.

Candlelighters were Tia Miinch of Noblesville, Ind., and Jenni Miinch of Marble Hill, Mo., cousins of the bride.

Flower girl was Lexi McMahon and ringbearer was Zach Morningstar, cousins of the groom. Lexi is the daughter of Angie and Bill Tegel and Keith McMahon of Cape Girardeau. Zach is the son of Sean and Laura Morningstar of Cape Girardeau.

Guest book attendants were Paige Pylate of Jackson and Allyson Crafton of Portageville, Mo.

The reception was held in the church fellowship hall. Servers were Katie Stasiak of Wildwood, Mo., and Jessica Janovec of St. Louis.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Dec. 29 at the Branding Iron in Jackson.

Mrs. Kitchen expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in physical education from Southeast Missouri State University in May.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree in physical education from Southeast in 2004. He is a health and physical education teacher at Jackson Middle School.

The couple resides in Jackson.
