St. Andrew Lutheran Church was the setting Aug. 14, 2004, for the wedding of Amy Dawn McClanahan and Marcus Lee Dambach. The Rev. Paul Short performed the ceremony. Soloist was Joan Dambach of Cape Girardeau, sister-in-law of the groom.

The bride is the daughter of Patrick McClanahan of Pocahontas and Jean McClanahan of Jackson. The groom is the son of Ed and Judy Dambach of Cape Girardeau.

Matron of honor was Errin Armitage of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Bridgett Adams of Cape Girardeau, Rene Rhodes of Jackson, and Haley Dambach of St. Louis, daughter of the groom. Junior bridesmaid was Brittany McClanahan, daughter of Scott McClanahan of Jackson and Beth Davis of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., niece of the bride.

Chris Wheeler of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Keith Dambach of Cape Girardeau and Charles Dambach of California, brothers of the groom, and Doug Benton of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Scott and Chris McClanahan of Jackson, brothers of the bride.

Candlelighters were Morgan and Christina Dambach, nieces of the groom. Morgan is the daughter of Keith and Joan Dambach. Christina is the daughter of Charles and Crystal Dambach.

Flower girl was Amber McClanahan, daughter of Scott McClanahan and Beth Davis and niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Ethan Dambach, son of Keith and Joan Dambach and nephew of the groom.

Crystal Dambach attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the VFW Hall. Servers were Kathy James of Oak Ridge and Heather Donner of Jackson.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at their home Aug. 13.

Mrs. Dambach is a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School. She is a home care aide with Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri.

The groom is a 1988 graduate of Central High School. He is a window and door installer.

After a wedding trip to Florida, the couple is residing in Shawneetown.
