Mayer-Webster

Katherine F. Mayer and George H. Webster were married July 4, 2003, at St. Mary Cathedral. The Rev. J. Friedel performed the ceremony. Organist was Jeremy Boyer of St. Louis. Soloist was Laura Hermsdorfer of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Jean Hermsdorfer of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Jeffery and Karen Webster of Jackson.

Matron of honor was Jean Hermsdorfer. Bridesmaid was Laura Hermsdorfer.

The groom chose Jeffery Webster as best man. Groomsman was Logan Webster of Jackson, brother of the groom.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Cape Girardeau.

The rehearsal dinner was held July 3 at Francine's Gardens.

Mrs. Webster is a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame High School, and expects to graduate from Southeast Missouri State University in December. She is employed by Drury Inns Inc.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
