Mason - Ventimiglia

Janel Breanna Mason and David Vincent Ventimiglia were married Oct. 23, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City. The Rev. Oliver Clavin performed the ceremony. Music was by Trio Girardeaux of Cape Girardeau. Organist and pianist was Hope Essner, and vocalist was Krista Keesee, both of Kelso, Mo.

The bride is the daughter of Linda Mason of Scott City, and the late David O. Mason. The groom is the son of Vincent and Mary Ann Ventimiglia of St. Louis.

Maid of honor was Erin Mason of Cape Girardeau, and matron of honor was Kara Aldrete of Kansas City, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katrina Ventimiglia of St. Louis, sister of the groom; Jean Stoverink of Kansas City, Sarah Vickery of Nashville, Tenn., Louisa Kinder of Portland, Ore., and Tami Cole of Lincoln, Neb.

Henok Tekle of O'Fallon, Mo., was best man. Groomsman was Alex Shallert of O'Fallon. Ushers were Brian and Chris Heisserer of Cape Girardeau, cousins of the bride.

Flower girl was Autumn Heisserer, daughter of Tony and Anne Heisserer of Scott City and cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Luke Aldrete, son of Javier and Kara Aldrete and nephew and godson of the bride.

The reception was held at Drury Lodge.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 22 at Dexter Bar-B-Que in Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Ventimiglia is a 2000 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in theater from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a real estate agent with New Horizon Realty.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of St. John Vianney High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in finance from Lindenwood University. He is an E-rate account specialist with Charter Communications.

After a wedding trip to Venice and Ventimiglia, Italy, the couple is residing in O'Fallon.
