Alicia Paige Maschmeier and Jonathan F. Emanie exchanged vows Oct. 15, 2005, at Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. Jeff Long performed the ceremony. Soloist was Jamie Maschmeier of Oak Ridge, sister of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Russell and Kimberley Maschmeier of Oak Ridge. The groom is the son of Charlotte Beck of Cape Girardeau and Faraidoon Emanie of North Carolina.
Maid of honor was Jamie Maschmeier. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Emanie of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom; Jessica Probst of Bell City, Mo., Jennifer Frey of Cape Girardeau, and Ahley Jones of Jackson.
Rick Byland of Marble Hill, Mo., was best man. Groomsmen were Billy Lasar of Jackson, Micah Jackson of Cape Girardeau, Ashley Eddleman of Marble Hill, and Tracy Underwood of Scott City. Ushers and candlelighters were Blake Ervin and Matt Frey of Cape Girardeau.
Flower girl and ringbearer was Lauren Mann, daughter of Andrew and Mary Ann Mann of Oak Ridge.
Kassie Olson of Jackson attended the guest book.
The reception was held at Elks Lodge in Jackson.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 13 at Port Cape in Cape Girardeau.
Mrs. Emanie is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Rapco.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Central High School, and is pursuing a degree in computer science and business networking at Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed at Heartline Hardware.
After a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
