BENTON, Mo. -- Suzanna Christine Mack and Matthew Wade Clover were married Oct. 18, 2008, at St. Denis Catholic Church. The Rev. John Harth performed the ceremony. Lector was Kari Jackson of Olathe, Kan., cousin of the bride. Organist was Betty Ressel of Kelso, Mo., and vocalists were Joannie Kirby and Jimmy Simmons of Benton.
David Mack and Marcella Mack of Benton are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Lester and Joan Clover of Scott City.
Honorary matron of honor was the bride's mother. Matron of honor was Tracy Roth of New Hamburg, Mo. Bridesmaids were Carrie Mack and Shannon Mack of Benton, sisters-in-law of the bride; Robyn Clover of Murphysboro, Ill., sister-in-law of the groom; and Brittany Clover of Murphysboro, niece of the groom.
Jeff Clover of Murphysboro was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Joey and Andy Mack of Benton, brothers of the bride; Randy Schlosser and Johnny Lindeman of Scott City. Ushers were Brock Hanners of Commerce, Mo., and John Smith of Scott City.
Candlelighters were Tim and Linda Johnston of Scott City, godparents of the bride.
Flower girl was Laurel Mack, daughter of Joey and Carrie Mack and niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Lane Johnston, son of Patrick and Cindy Johnston.
Program attendants were Shelby Heckert of Sikeston, Mo., and Taylor Lindeman of Scott City.
The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Oct. 17 at Water's Edge in Gordonville.
Mrs. Clover is a 2001 graduate of Kelly High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005. She is employed with Fountainbleau Management Group of Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of Scott City High School. He is assistant manager at Plaza Tire Service in Scott City.
After a wedding trip to Georgia, the couple is living in Benton.
