Mount Auburn Christian Church was the setting May 15, 2005, for the wedding of Betina Lyn Lockhart and Edward Harold Lee Hall. Wesley Wright performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Harry and Linda Lockhart of Casselberry, Fla. The groom is the son of Vivian and Danny Birdsong of Williamsville, Mo.
Maid of honor was Heather Moore of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Lori Winshel of Orlando, Fla., and Mandy Birdsong of Williamsville, stepsister of the groom.
Scott Baumhoer of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Jim Lockhart Jr. of Orlando and Chris Lockhart of Casselberry, brothers of the bride. Ushers were Jake Hitt and Nicholas Hobeck of Jackson.
Candlelighter was Courtney Wessinger, daughter of Heather Moore and Will Wessinger of Cape Girardeau.
Flower girl was Hope Crawford, daughter of Crystal Crawford of Cape Girardeau. Ringbearer was Michael Lockhart, son of Jim and Lori Lockhart and nephew of the bride.
Gina Phillips of Cape Girardeau attended the guest book. Program attendants were Crystal Crawford and Nicholas Moore of Cape Girardeau.
The reception was held at the Plaza Conference Center.
The rehearsal dinner was held May 13 at the home of the couple, hosted by the bride's parents and the groom's mother.
Mrs. Hall is a 1991 graduate of Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Fla. She received a bachelor of science degree in advertising/psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in May. She is employed at McAlister's Deli.
The groom attended Parkview High School in Springfield, Mo., and is a 1994 graduate of Dents Unlimited SE in Augusta, Ga. He is owner and operator of Dent-Away in Cape Girardeau.
After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
