ORAN, Mo. -- Anilise Kathleen Lange and Matthew Stephen Loomis were married May 3, 2014, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. The Rev. Randy Tochtrop performed the ceremony. Pianist was Dana Lynch and vocalist was Christy Hency, both of Oran.
Parents of the couple are Jerry and Kaye Lange of Oran, and Steve and Margaret Loomis of Centralia, Illinois.
Maid of honor was Jenny Lange of St. Louis and matron of honor was Rebecca Rose of Oran, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Maria Eftink and Anna Thompson of St. Louis.
Andrew Meyerkord of St. Louis, brother-in-law of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Adam Laquet of Champaign, Illinois, and Justin Profancik of St. Joseph, Illinois. Ushers were Robert Lange of Oran, brother of the bride; Travis Rose of Oran, brother-in-law of the groom; and Josh Hentzelman and Mike Holloway of St. Louis.
Ringbearer was Benjamin Meyerkord, son of Andrew and Denise Meyerkord and nephew of the groom.
The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Oran.
Nancy Bell of Cape Girardeau, aunt of the bride, hosted the rehearsal dinner May 2 at her home.
Mrs. Loomis is a 2002 graduate of Oran High School, 2007 graduate of Fontbonne University in St. Louis, and received a master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013. She is employed at Parkway Central High School in St. Louis.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Centralia High School, 2003 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, and received a master's degree from Washington University in 2013. He is employed at Bayless Middle School in St. Louis.
The couple is residing in St. Louis.
