Melissa Ann LaClair and Jason Lee Underwood were united in marriage April 22, 2006, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson. Monsignor Edward Eftink performed the ceremony. Organist was Jerry Ganiel.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Debbie LaClair of Marble Hill, Mo. The groom is the son of David and Nancy Underwood of Jackson.
Maid of honor was Chantell Means, and bridesmaids were Kim Bundy and Chelsea Cameron, all of Jackson.
Ryan Cameron was best man, and groomsmen were Lucas Beine and Chris Valentine, all of Jackson. Ushers were Bob Hoffman, uncle of the bride, Dustin Hoffman, cousin of the bride, both of Cape Girardeau; Gary Underwood, uncle of the groom, and Danny Stucker, both of Jackson.
Candlelighters were Ashley and Amber LaClair of Marble Hill, sisters of the bride.
Corey Underwood of Jackson, brother of the groom, attended the guest book.
The reception was held at the American Legion Hall in Jackson. Servers were Angela Stroder, aunt of the bride, and Katie Leimer, cousin of the bride.
After a wedding trip to the Smoky Mountains, the couple resides in Jackson.
