JACKSON, Mo. -- First Baptist Church was the setting Aug. 18, 2001, for the wedding of Tara Marie Koller and Jesper Noer. Brad Andrews performed the double ring ceremony. Music was provided by Cheryl Fortner. Vocalists were Andria Koller, Corrine Roach, Bryan and Brandon Andrews.

Gerald and Rhonda Koller of Jackson are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Finn and Ann Simersen of Denmark and Henrick and Annette Noer of England.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents.

Andria Koller of Jackson was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Corrine Roach of Michigan, Sheryl Pietsch of St. Louis, Sarah Alexander of Tennessee, and Emmy Ortman of St. Louis.

Best man was Michael Noer of Denmark, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Craig Hasheider of Cape Girardeau, J.B. Wild of St. Louis, Mogens Madsen of Denmark, and Steve Couch of St. Louis. Ushers were Lars Brink and Niels Hansen of Denmark, Jeremy Welch of Cape Girardeau, and Daniel Noer of Denmark, brother of the groom.

Candlelighters were Nell Ditch of Columbia, Mo., and April Parker of St. Louis.

Olivia Renner of Jackson was flower girl. Ringbearer was Thomas Simensen of Denmark, brother of the groom.

Guest book attendant was Katja Kristensen of Denmark.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Enchanted Gardens. Servers were Nancy Lape and Lisa Barrett.

The groom hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 17 at Kelsen Gallery.

Mrs. Noer is a 1995 graduate of Jackson High School, and attended Missouri Baptist College. She is employed at Outback Steakhouse.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree in international business and a master's degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 2001. He is employed at Outback Steakhouse.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple is residing in Jackson.
