Kluesner-Simmons

NEW HAMBURG, Mo. -- St. Lawrence Catholic Church was the setting Nov. 26, 2005, for the wedding of Samantha Jean Kluesner and Joseph Dale Simmons. The Revs. Normand Varone and Ralph Duffner performed the ceremony. Pianist was Angela Klueppel of Benton, Mo. Soloists were Kevin Curry of Kelso, Mo., and Jamina Sanchez of Sikeston, Mo.

David and Dolly Kluesner of New Hamburg are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Mike and Leanna Merideth of Advance, Mo., and Ron and Renee Simmons of Sweet Springs, Mo.

Maid of honor was Andrea Kluesner of New Hamburg, cousin of the bride. Matron of honor was Marie Kluesner of New Hamburg, aunt of the bride. Bridesmaids were Cara Menz of Benton, cousin of the ride; Suzi Mack of Jefferson City, Mo.; Kate Mirgeaux of Kelso; Heather Blue of Odin, Ill., cousin of the bride; Amber Merideth of Fisk, Mo., sister of the groom; and Kristy Blue of New Hamburg, cousin of the bride.

Jeff Schaefer of Oran was best man. Groomsmen were John Kluesner of New Hamburg, uncle of the bride; Ray Beasley of Benton; Johnny Simmons of Sweet Springs, brother of the groom; Jerome Kluesner of New Hamburg, brother of the bride; Justin and J.J. Graviett of Oran; and John Owens of Cape Girardeau, uncle of the groom. Ushers were Jared McMullin of Jackson, Gary Kluesner and Mason Seesing of New Hamburg, all cousins of the bride.

Candlelighters were Katie, Bethany and Kelsey Blue, cousins of the bride. Katie and Bethany are the daughters of Floyd and Pam Blue of Odin. Kelsey is the daughter of Kenny and Sharon Blue of New Hamburg.

Flower girl was Regan Swain and ringbearer was Matthew Blue, cousins of the bride. Regan is the daughter of Joe and Carrie Swain of Chaffee. Matthew is the son of Floyd and Pam Blue.

Courtney Wagoner, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book.

The reception was held at St. Lawrence Parish Center. Servers were Amy Dirnberger, Lana Whitworth and Lori Price, cousins of the bride.

The rehearsal dinner was held Nov. 25, 2005, at Father Shibley Hall.

Mrs. Simmons is a 2003 graduate of Kelly High School. She is employed at Saint Francis Medical Center.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Bloomfield High School. He is employed with Industrial systems of Cape Girardeau.

The couple resides in New Hamburg.
