Lauren Suzanne Kinsey and Kory Paul Kitchen were married Sept. 14, 2013, at Lynwood Baptist Church. The Rev. Mark Anderson performed the ceremony. Pianist was Barry Stone, violinist was Nancy Monahan, and on bass was Mike Monahan, all of Cape Girardeau.

Parents of the couple are Richard and Jan Kinsey and Terry and Barbara Kitchen of Cape Girardeau.

Bridesmaids were Sarah Keller, Abby Thomas and Rachel Burchyett, all of Cape Girardeau.

Groomsmen were Tatum Kitchen of Jackson, brother of the groom; Tyler Propst and Matt Compas of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Barrett Kinsey of Cape Girardeau, brother of the bride; and Tatum Kitchen.

Flower girls were Claire Kitchen, niece of the groom, and McKenzie Moorman, cousin of the groom. Claire is the daughter of Tatum and Kari Kitchen. McKenzie is the daughter of Chris and Alison Moorman of Cape Girardeau,

Guest book and program attendants were Anna Davidson, Whitney O'Loughlin and Heather Kyle.

The reception was held at Cape Girardeau Country Club. Server was Kari Kitchen.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 13 at Port Cape Girardeau.

Mrs. Kitchen is a graduate of Southeast Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She is a registered nurse at the Lutheran Home.

The groom received a bachelor of science degree in social studies from Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed at Toys R Us.

After a wedding trip to St. Louis, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
