Ruann E. Kinnison and Victor Lee Parker were married Aug. 15, 2003, in Genesee, Colo. The Rev. Patrick Rolnick performed the ceremony. Soloist was Melinda Whitticre of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Andrew Kinnison of Cape Girardeau, and the late Iola Kinnison. The groom is the son of the late Ralph and Mary Parker.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Carl Kinnison.
Matron of honor was Melinda Whitticre.
The groom chose his son, Cameron Parker of Denver, Colo., as best man. Ushers were Randy Whitticre, nephew of the bride, and Brock Dennis, nephew of the groom.
Sarah Kinnison, niece of the bride, attended the guest book.
The reception was held following the ceremony. Servers were Jennifer Royle and Erica Kinnison, nieces of the bride.
Mrs. Parker is a disability specialist with the state of Colorado.
The groom is an unexploded ordnance specialist.
The couple is residing in Aurora, Colo.
