The bride is the daughter of John G. Kedis and Mrs. Larry Hamm of Huntington Beach, Calif. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Billy Lon Ogborn of Cape Girardeau. Grandmothers of the bride are Sophie Kedis and Donna Smith of Long Beach, Calif.

Readers were Larry Hamm, stepfather of the bride, and Rebecca Zytynski of Dallas, Texas, sister of the groom.

Maid of honor was Catherine Horst of Washington, D.C., and matron of honor was Bennett Ball Hernandez of Orange County, Calif. Other bridal attendants were Barbara Camille of Washington, D.C., Travis Chance of San Francisco, Calif., Marjolein Ennema of Amsterdam, Holland, Hazel Erikson of London, Rocky Glines of Chicago, Sarah Holmberg of Washington, D.C., Alexandra Malfroy of Sydney, Australia, Kristen Ojeda of Orange County, Greg Poppe of Los Angeles, and Ali Rodway of Washington, D.C.

Christopher Primm of Denver, Colo., was best man. Other attendants were James Rincon of San Jose, Calif., Viktor Pregel of Washington, D.C., Anastacia Sacha of Paris, France, Jordon Sullivan of Birmingham, Ala., and Justin Kedis of Huntington Beach, brother of the bride.

Flower girls and ringbearer were Rebecca Grace, Eva Elizabeth and John Asher Zytynski, nieces and nephew of the groom. They are the children of John and Rebecca Zytynski.

A dinner and dance reception with cocktails was held under the tent at the estate. Music was by Jukebox of San Diego.

The night before the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a sunset dinner cruise of San Diego's Mission Bay aboard the SS Hornblower High Spirits, for the bridal party and out-of-town guests.

The groom's parents hosted a brunch for the bridal party Sept. 16 at Welk Resort in Escondido, Calif.

Mrs. Ogborn received a bachelor of arts in international security and conflict resolution from San Diego State University. She expects to receive a master's degree in government and security studies from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., in December. She is a legislative liaison with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in Arlington.

The groom is a graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a master's degree in public policy and diplomacy from the University of Southern California. He is a self-employed consultant for security and conflict based in Arlington.

After a wedding trip to Turkey, including Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, and the Aegean Beach area of Bodrum, the couple will reside in Arlington.
