Mindy Marie Horrell and Terry Lynn Best were married April 17, 2004, at Evangelical United Church of Christ in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Randy Heckman performed the ceremony. Music was by Kendra Ruesler and soloist was Eric Hinkebein.
Parents of the couple are Jim and Karen Horrell of Jackson, and Marvin and Carolyn Best Jr. of Gordonville.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Gail Best of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Christan Fluegge of Marble Hill, Mo., and Ashley Stahlman of Gordonville.
Bob Best of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were Jeremy and Josh Horrell of Jackson. Ushers were Brian Timberlake and David Sander of Gordonville.
Candlelighters were Casey Fluegge of Marble Hill and Jennifer Stahlman of Gordonville.
Flower girl was Jaime Young, daughter of Jim and Wanda Young of Jackson. Ringbearer was Kyle Best, son of Bob and Gail Best.
Kelli Laurentius of Jackson attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson. Servers were Clarissa Fluegge of Marble Hill, Bonnie Stahlman of Gordonville, and Wanda Young.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner April 16 at the church.
Mrs. Best is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor's degree in art education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002. She is employed at Schnucks.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed at Nu Way Concrete Forms.
After a wedding trip to the Smoky Mountains, the couple is residing in Jackson.
