Horrell - Langston

Kyla Mary Felicity Horrell and Kent David Langston were united in marriage Sept. 10, 2011, at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold, Mo. The Rev. William W. Hennecke performed the ceremony. Lector was Cindy Jason, godmother of the bride. Organist was Kelly Irvin and soloists were Katelyn Brotherton and Ben Seiler.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Pamela Horrell of Leopold. The groom is the son of Terry and Betty Langston of Jackson, and the late Toni Langston.

Maid of honor was Stephanie Horrell of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Julia Horrell of Glennon, Mo., Signe Horrell of College Station, Texas, sisters-in-law of the bride; Kelly Weaver of Farmington, Mo.; Alexis Arnzen of Leopold; and Ashley Jansen of Olathe, Kan., cousin of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Hannah Horrell of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride.

Stacy Langston of Jackson was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Kevin Carnell of Jackson, Kris Baranovic of Cape Girardeau, Pat Raferty of Jackson, Jason Goben of Cape Girardeau, and Jason Hestand of St. Louis. Junior groomsman was Caleb Schaab, son of the bride. Ushers were Rodney Horrell of College Station, Keith Horrell of Glennon, and Dr. Lucas Horrell of Sikeston, Mo., brothers of the bride.

Candlelighters were Jill Irvin of Leopold, cousin of the bride, and Kaylee Bowen of Millersville, niece of the groom.

Altar servers were Jordan Jansen of Cape Girardeau and Clayton Jansen of Jackson, cousins of the bride.

Flower girl was Brooke Andracsek, daughter of Mark and Kim Andracsek of Manchester, Mo. Ringbearer was Joshua Horrell, son of Keith and Julia Horrell and nephew and godson of the bride.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Leopold.

Mrs. Langston is a 2002 graduate of Leopold High School, and attended Mineral Area College. She is a registered nurse with Saint Francis Home Health.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Jackson High School, and attended Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed at Procter and Gamble.

After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is residing in Leopold.
