Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in St. Louis was the setting Sept. 17, 2005, for the wedding of Renae Michelle Holzem and Bradley Aaron Halter. Monsignor Robert P. Jovanovic performed the ceremony. Organist was Carol Brown and soloist was Donna VanDillen, both of St. Louis.
Parents of the couple are Michael and Susan Holzem of Oakville, Mo., and David and Cindy Halter of Cape Girardeau.
Maid of honor was Amanda Taucher of St. Louis. Bridesmaids were Amy Spencer and Chrissy Cervetto of St. Louis, and Carrie Halter of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom.
Shannon Kutz of Cape Girardeau was best man. Groomsmen were David Eftink of St. Louis, Michael Higgins and Michael Uhrhan of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Edwin VanWeelden of Washington, Mo., and Micah Emmons of Cape Girardeau.
Flower girls were Micaela Hayden and Paige Hargiss, and ringbearers were Brendon Hayden and Will Hargiss, all cousins of the bride. Micaela and Brendon are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Hayden. Paige and Will are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Hargiss.
The reception was held at The Falls in Columbia, Ill.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 16 at Pietro's in High Ridge, Mo.
Mrs. Halter is a 1998 graduate of Ursaline Academy in St. Louis, and a 2002 graduate of Truman State University. She is an executive assistant with Walgreens.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Notre Dame High School, and a 2000 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He is an executive assistant with Walgreens.
After a wedding trip to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico, the couple resides in High Ridge.
