Amanda Ann Hiler and James Dayton Seabaugh were married Sept. 3, 2005, at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Derek Swanson performed the ceremony. Organist was Lenny Kuper of Cape Girardeau, and music was by Shanda and Greg Seeber of Knoxville, Tenn., cousins of the bride.
Parents of the couple are Kevin and Mary Hiler of Cape Girardeau, and Ron and Robin Seabaugh of Charleston, Mo.
Maid of honor was Angela Hiler of California, sister of the bride. Matron of honor was Debbie Donnelly of Knoxville, aunt of the bride. Bridesmaids were Staci Cook of Hattiesburg, Miss., Shelby Baker of Nashville, Tenn., Shelly Seabaugh of Appleton, Wis., sister of the groom; Jenny Goncher of Cape Girardeau, Hayley Hood of Carterville, Ill., Lovie Bittle, Becca Bieser and Mackenzie Scherer, all of Cape Girardeau. Junior bride was Makenzie Seabaugh, daughter of Kenny and Cammie Seabaugh of Jackson and cousin of the groom.
Kenny Seabaugh was best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Renaud of Charleston, Tres Reed and Charles Graham of Cape Girardeau, Jeff Hall of Charleston, Brandon Shands of East Prairie, Mo., Rush Oliver of Charleston, Chris Eakin of Oran, Mo., Matt Knoderer of Cape Girardeau, and Scott Rowe of Chicago. Junior groom was Artie Shaver, son of Art and Billie Shaver of Winston-Salem, N.C., and nephew of the bride. Ushers were Brad Glenn of Scott City, cousin of the groom, and Justin Wibbenmeyer of Sikeston, Mo.
Candlelighters were Art Shaver, brother of the bride, and Shanda Seeber.
Flower girls were Ellie Seabaugh, daughter of the bride and groom, and Monica Shaver, niece of the bride. Monica is the daughter of Art and Billie Shaver. Ringbearer was Marshall Story, son of Buck and Andrea Story of Charleston and cousin of the groom.
Guest book attendant was Britney Seabaugh, daughter of Kenny and Cammie Seabaugh and cousin of the groom. Greeters were Libby Renaud and Melanie Hall of Charleston.
The reception was held at Plaza Conference Center. Servers were Debbie Glenn of Scott City and Marsha Layne of Oklahoma, aunts of the groom.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Sept. 2 at the VFW Hall.
Mrs. Seabaugh is a 2000 graduate of Central High School. She is manager at Cingular Wireless in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Charleston High School. He is employed at Bening Motor Co. in Sikeston, Mo.
After a wedding trip to Mexico, the couple resides in Jackson.
