Hiett -- Alley

Emily Lauren Hiett and Kyle Joseph Alley, both of Woodbury, Minnesota, were married May 24 at Deerfield Lodge. Mike Schupert performed the ceremony. Jenny Schade of Cape Girardeau was vocalist and Geri Beussink of Jackson was pianist.

The bride is the daughter of Randy and Garia Hiett of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Chris and Dawn Alley of Chesterfield, Missouri.

Matron of honor was Meredith McLeod of St. Louis. Bridesmaids were Lauren Toben of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Emma Porter, Sarah Catrino, Kristen Ford, Brittany Bollinger and Brittney Rhodes, all of Cape Girardeau, Christine Sturms of St. Louis and Kelsey Alley of St. Louis, sister of the groom.

The best man was Brent Alley of St. Louis, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Warren Mercurio of St. Louis, John Jordan and Kevin Miquelon, both of New York City, Tim Cain of St. Louis, Tanner Hiett of Cape Girardeau and brother of the bride, Ben Stockman, Jake Broner and Alex Alkhalaf, all of St. Louis. Ushers were Josh Hiett of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and cousin of the bride, and Keith Alley of St. Louis, brother of the groom.

Flowergirl was Leah McFerron and ringbearers were Wesley McFerron and Max Rhodes, cousins of the bride. They are the children of Ross and Alisa McFerron of Cape Girardeau and Lance and Brittney Rhodes of Cape Girardeau.

The reception was held at Deerfield Lodge.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at Gordonville Grill.

Emily graduated in 2011 from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of science degree in hospitality management and a minor in business. She works as an HR consultant in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Kyle graduated in 2011 from the University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. He is pursuing his master's degree in human resources and industrial relations and expects to graduate in May 2015 from the University of Minnesota. He works for Land O' Lakes in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple resides in Woodbury.
