Roni Lyn Hayden and Michael Lee Putz were married Nov. 29, 2008, at First Baptist Church in Millersville. Jim Matthews performed the ceremony. Guitarist was Mark Rees. Vocalists were Todd Mills, Rees, and Shelly Holzum, all of Jackson.
Parents of the couple are Michael and Lori Hayden of Jackson, and Ron and Linda Putz of Millersville.
Matron of honor was Kari Hoehne of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Autumn Stevens, Lindsey Hobeck, Kelli Wilson, Kimber Parks, all of Jackson, and Amanda O'Brien of Cape Girardeau.
Ben Meier of Jackson was best man. Groomsmen were John Nothdurft of Gordonville; Gabriel Putz of Oak Ridge, brother of the groom; Jason Newell of Millersville; Derek Birk of Jackson; and Doug Ludwig of Columbia, Mo. Ushers were Brandon Bradshaw, Dustin Koerber, Adam Hahs, all of Jackson, and Chris Hoehne of Ste. Genevieve, brother-in-law of the bride.
Candlelighters were Kelly Nothdurft of Gordonville, Britt Story of Charleston, Mo., and Shelly Holzum.
Flower girls were Allie Stevens and Taylor Nothdurft. Ringbearers were Lucas Putz and Fisher Stevens. Allie and Fisher are the children of Travis and Autumn Stevens. Taylor is the daughter of John and Kelly Nothdurft. Lucas is the son of Gabriel and Jackie Putz and nephew of the groom.

The reception was held at the Bavarian Halle in Jackson. Servers were Olivia Bert of Oak Ridge, Erin Rice and Beth Baugh of Jackson, and Natalie Raffery of Chicago.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Nov. 28 at the church.
Mrs. Putz is a graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a fourth grade teacher with Woodland School District in Marble Hill, Mo.
The groom is a graduate of Jackson High School. He is owner of Putz Backhoe Service, and is a self-employed farmer.
After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple is residing in Millersville.
