Hartle-Ries

Natalie Ann Hartle and Mark Robert Ries Jr. exchanged vows July 12, 2003, at First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Paul Kabo Jr. performed the ceremony. Organist was Chadie Fruehwald of Cape Girardeau. Vocalists were Karen Hartle, sister-in-law of the bride, and Candi Young, both of Bloomfield, Mo.

Parents of the bride are Patricia Hardy of Bloomfield and James David and Carlene Hartle of Dexter, Mo. The groom is the son of Mark and Marlene Ries Sr. of Oakley, Calif.

Matron of honor was Emily Tidwell of Nashville, Tenn., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Laticia Ries of Oakley, sister of the groom; Karen Hartle; Amanda Ries of Oakley, sister of the groom; Amanda Massey of Bloomfield; and Lindsey Gross of Jackson.

Brian Hilton of Oakley was best man. Groomsmen were Victor Quilici of Oakley; Eric Hartle of Bloomfield, brother of the bride; Nate Andrews of Oakley; Dave Preston of Cape Girardeau; and Mark Struckhoff of St. Louis.

Flower girls were Isebelle and Tyrah Hartle, and ringbearer was Treyton Hartle, nieces and nephew of the bride. They are the children of Eric and Karen Hartle.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Drury Lodge. Servers were Desirea Andrews, Anna Hilton and Carol Greaser.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner July 11 at Dexter Bar*B*Que.

Mrs. Ries is a 1999 graduate of Bloomfield High School, and expects to receive a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University in December.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Liberty High School in Brentwood, Calif. He received a bachelor's degree from Southeast University in 2002. He is employed at Cingular Wireless.

After a wedding trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
